A Legend Falls (quest)
A Legend Falls is the second quest of the Broken Ghost quest line.
Bangalore, Revenant and Wattson are not available for selection.
Loadout
Players start the hunt with the following loadout:
- Triple Take
- 4x-10x Digital Threat
- Precision Choke
- Sniper Stock
- Extended Magazine
- 2 stacks of Sniper ammo
- Hammond P2020
- 1x HCOG
- Extended Magazine
- 2 stacks of Light rounds
- Body Shield

- 1 Syringe
- 1 Shield cell
- 1 Thermite Grenade
Objective
- Eliminate 4 hostiles.
- Activate the 3 exit door panels.
- Dig up the artifact.
- Retrieve the artifact.
- Get to the exfiltration site.
Walkthrough
Clear out hostiles from a safe distance then locate the next artifact.
>Bangalore: The place is crawling with hostiles. You need to thin out the herd before advancing towards the objective.
>Bangalore: Snipe some of those monsters before heading in.
Eliminate the prowlers charging Wattson's position.
>Bangalore: Nice job, but we're not out of the woods yet. Head towards those fences and be ready for anything.
>Bangalore: Picking up life signs. I think we got a man down...
>Wattson: *cough*I'm down. Bleeding out.
>Wattson: Somebody has to lose.That's just how this works.
>Bangalore: Wattson's down but let's keep it together.
>Bangalore: Doors are locked. I'll mark the controls on your HUD.
Follow the markers to activate the panels.
>Bangalore: One panel left. Check your HUD.
>Bangalore: That's what I'm talking about. Doors should be open now.
Deploy the drill to extract the artifact. Remain cautious of prowlers pouncing the flanks and rear.
>Bangalore: Watch your six. Hostiles approaching.
The drilling noise will at attract more prowlers and shadow prowlers. Eliminate the prowlers charging at the drill site.
>Bangalore: Grab the case. Time to go!
Pick up the artifact and head towards the exfiltration site.
>Bangalore: Let's bring it home. To the dropship. Double time!
Get to the exfiltration site to escape before the timer runs out.
Rewards
- Occipital Hub
- Physical and logical connection for entire assembly. Delivered constant conditioned power to cores.
- Passthrough channel for direct data between cores and an encryption sub, but no tap for the hub itself.
- Holds motor subprocessing. Likely interfaced and translated between host structure(s) for locomotion.
- Ruby Charm
- The Detached Chaperone
