Smart Core is the core ability for the titan Legion. When activated, the legion will have unlimited ammo and will allow for the locking of targets. Once targets are locked, fired bullets will automatically home onto targets (including Power Shot). Also, a box will appear on the screen that holds the area of targets that can be locked. It will also show how many kills the Legion has achieved using smart core.

Legion will also receive a hidden 20% damage increase to all of their attacks (discounting eject damage and nuclear eject). This 20% applies to everything else though, including bullet damage, melee, electric smoke, and all of Legion's abilities.

Strategies

• If possible, it's recommended to use this in an area with several enemies in order to maximize scoring/kill potential.
• The smart core is very effective at eliminating ejecting pilots.

• Smart Core can be lengthened by using the Legion Titan Kit Sensor Array.
