Sandringham Kelly is the Supreme Warlord of Salvo and leader of the Black Rattler.
History
Sandringham Kelly was originally a member of Cracked Talon, but later left and formed a powerful warband of his own known as Black Rattler.
With the help of Cherisse Che, Sandringham gained power over Salvo and signed a treaty with The Syndicate, officially making Salvo part of Syndicate Space. His main opposition has been the leader of the Cracked Talon, Margaret "Mad Maggie" Kōhere, who often led uprisings and riots spreading anti-Syndicate sentiment across the Outlands until she was captured by Zhou and sentenced to compete in the Apex Games as a Legend, thus removing Sandringham's main opposition strengthening his and the Syndicate's grip over Salvo.
