Black Rattler is a Warband faction on Salvo and was founded by Sandringham Kelly.
Overview
Black Rattler's members comprise of criminals and mercenaries, it was formed after Sandringham Kelly left Cracked Talon.
History
In the year 2733, Sandringham Kelly was in talks with Cherisse Che, who intended to help make Sandringham the most powerful Warlord on Salvo in order for him to sign a treaty with The Syndicate to enter Salvo into Syndicate Space.
In the year 2734, Black Rattler became the ruling Warband of Salvo allowing Sandringham to sign the treaty with The Syndicate making Salvo the seventh planet to join Syndicate Space leaving the Fringe Worlds.
