Creighton Sawtelle is a Salvonian mercenary and warlord.
History
Terrorist Attack at Malta
in Year 2733 Creighton Sawtelle was contracted by Torres Silva to attack a Chevrex benefit gala in Malta, Psamathe at a museum. Before launching his attack on the benefit gala Sawtelle gave an inspirational speech to his warband until he was interrupted by a confused Pathfinder who Sawtelle disabled.
After disabling Pathfinder, Sawtelle activated explosives on the roof of the museum and repelled into the middle of it holding Pathfinder in his right hand to the shock of Ajay "Lifeline" Che who was at the gala with Makoa Gibraltar and Octavio "Octane" Silva as well.
Sawtelle asked to see Cherisse Che who he knew had spoken with Sandringham Kelly in order to arrange the acquisition of Salvo into The Syndicate. Knowing that he would likely be unable to take Salvo Sawtelle decided that Psamathe would be the first planet he would control and would be the beginning of his complete control of The Outlands.
In order to have Cherisse take him seriously, he ordered his men to kill her daughter Lifeline, Pathfinder reacted quickly sending his grapple hook at Sawtelle's chest shocking the Legends who thought Pathfinder was dead however he was just "bamboozling". From there Sawtelle's men were all captured along with Sawtelle by the Legends and local authorities.
After the Terrorist Attack at Malta
Torres Silva later would use the Terrorist Attack at Malta to help his campaign for becoming the sole leader of the Syndicate, where he questioned the Syndicate's ability to protect the people of The Outlands from terrorists which was featured on Unraveling the Syndicate.
Trivia
Creighton Sawtelle likely has cybernetic modifications in his arms as he was able to easily lift Pathfinder with one hand.
