The Rampage Light Machine Gun (LMG), or simply the Rampage, is a bullpup light machine gun in Apex Legends that consumes Heavy Rounds. It is the slowest firing LMG in its class, with its RoF being half as much (when not charged) as the L-STAR. However, this is in exchange for being the heaviest hitting LMG in its class, with it only taking nine body shots to down a target with Red Evo, as compared to the Spitfire, X-55 Devotion and L-STAR, which take 13, 15 and 14 shots respectively to down a person with that same amount of armour. Another edge the Rampage has over other LMGs is that with a slower RoF, it is easier to control at further ranges due to less recoil. If a player is to find a Thermite Grenade, they can use it on the Rampage to boost its RPM.
While the Rampage's design clearly shows a bipod at the front, much like the Devotion, Longbow and L-STAR EMG, it is not usable in game and is purely cosmetic.

The Rampage LMG is the first gun she modded after a rival gang known as The Sisters burnt down her shop. Taking the M600 Spitfire as a base, it features a unique intake that can be loaded with a thermite canister to amp its fire rate. Inserting a thermite and overloading the firing mechanisms allows the user to deliver powerful shots (a distinct advantage over the base Spitfire) while increasing rate of fire for a set period of time. You could say it brings the heat.
"Revs up" the firerate of the weapon from 300 RPM to 390 RPM. The charge (if not fired) lasts up to 90 seconds. At maximum, you can fire 39 shots before the weapon goes back to its original firerate, after which the player will have to use another thermite to charge the weapon up. When picking up a care package rampage, you will also pick up 1 thermite.
