The 30-30 Repeater is a lever-action heavy rifle that first makes its appearance in the eighth season of Apex Legends, and also appeared with the first season of Apex Legends Mobile.
The 30-30 Repeater was made by Holdener Arms. It was the first lever-action rifle that was made in the Outlands, and came directly from Salvo. This is shown as Fuse, a former resident on the planet Salvo, is the first to be seen using this weapon. It was also the first lever-action rifle introduced into the Apex Games
The 30-30 Repeater has a similar design to the Winchester M1894 lever gun, indicating that this weapon is a futuristic version of the M1894. It also uses the .30-30 Winchester Center Fire Ammunition, as proven by the name of the weapon. It produces less smoke and powder than other Rifles due to being chambered for the .30-30 WCF.
Compared to the other Marksman Weapons that are available on the ground, the 30-30 is a middle-man, being in between the fire rates of the slower-firing Triple Take and the fast-fire G7 scout, and is slower than both when one uses the ADS charge up feature that lets it hit for about 35% greater damage. With that being the case, it also is in between the G7 and Triple Take in terms of damage, hitting harder than the G7 but always being behind the Triple Take, even when charged up (although its single shot means that if one shot misses, the 30-30 trumps the Triple Take in damage).
However, it has greater versatility at range compared to its other counterparts, because while the G7 scouts faster fire and lower damage limits its usage at further ranges and the Triple Takes spread and inaccurate hipfire make it weaker at close-mid range, the 30-30 repeater offers greater options as a player can choose to sustain fire at closer range, or be patient and fire from further away. While players do have more options at mid-range, they still won't be able to come as close to an enemy as they would with a G7, nor extend as far as a player with a Triple Take.
“ | While some claim Fuse’s mullet is the finest thing to come out of Salvo, most would agree it’s the 30-30 Repeater. A lever action repeating rifle, it can be charged to increase the damage done by each shot. Only one bullet needs to be chambered in order for the weapon to fire, which makes the Repeater an asset in skirmishes where a single round can be the difference between victory and defeat. Originally designed to protect rural farms from beasts and poachers, and requiring minimal maintenance in the harsh sands of Salvo, the 30-30 has become a symbol of freedom to the Salvonian working class.

The 30-30 Repeater returns in Apex Legends Mobile with similar function to its iteration in Apex Legends. It once again is a heavy ammo lever-action marksman weapon that can be found on the ground. The only difference between this iteration and the iteration in Apex Legends is that it only can use three weapon attachments rather than 4. Like other marksman weapons, it is viable at mid-range.
