Surplus Satchels is a Burn Card in Titanfall. Your ordinance is replaced with self replenishing Satchel Charges with higher damage and a larger blast radius. One Satchel Charge is replenished every 8 seconds. Although it is self replenishing, only 2 can be planted at a time, or 3 if you have Explosives Pack; if you try to plant any more the earliest one planted will despawn.
