Misfit 4-2 was a callsign used by a Hornet pilot part of the Frontier Militia.
History
Misfit 4-2 was one of many Militia Hornet pilots that fought against IMC forces over Angelia. Kairi "Valkyrie" Imahara stole her father's Northstar Titan for some fun, as she always dreamed of piloting one of these "death traps" as her father Viper lovingly put it. Unbeknownst to her there was a battle raging overhead and she had just flown into it.
Valkyrie accidentally activated the auto-titan and it launched a barrage of cluster missiles as the Militia comms called for "Fire upon fired on". Promptly and confidently, Misfit 4-2 announced his pursuit of the Apex target launching two missiles at the Titan knocking it out of the sky.
Whilst Valkyrie fell, Viper came to the rescue in his Phantom and quickly saved his daughter and crash landed his Titan.
