Lowell is a member of The Syndicate.
In 2733 Lowell was tortured by Revenant a simulacrum who had recently realized he wasn't human. Revenant, deeply angered by himself being a Simulacrum against his will was seeking answers and decided to torture Lowell for information. Lowell pleaded with Revenant while telling him that Hammond Robotics only made the simulacrums parts, Lowell explained that he had children in an attempt to have Revenant spare his life which was in vain. Revenant decided he would teach Lowell about parts by sending his dismembered body to his kids personally.
