High TTK (Time To Kill) was a featured gamemode available for a short period in Titanfall 2. It was a test playlist for experimentation with balancing and damage values focusing around giving Titanfall 2 an on-average higher time to kill. This allowed for more emphasis to be placed on individual aim as having more time to react meant that players may often be able to win gunfights they otherwise would not have.

In practice, the mode made most of the game's hitscan weapons (such as the R-201 Assault Rifle or G2A5 Battle Rifle) require one or two more shots to kill, and also reduced the effects of splash damage on explosive weapons such as the EPG-1, requiring more precise aim to land kills.
